1) Items sold are non- refundable nor exchangeable.
2) All items are brand new and inspected before posted.
3) Items shown in picture(s) may not reflect the actual items 100% in terms of colours and sizes.
4) Items are usually sent out within 24 hours after payment is received.
5) We may request for deposit for COD transactions to prevent last minute back-out buyers.
6) Pre-order is possible when item is out of stock.
